Cool room ideas for a teenage boy?

Well, more like cool HOUSE ideas. See, my parents and I don't really get along, so I plan to save up and move into our storage building. Don't worry, I'll insulate it and pimp it out and stuff. I'll need to put all the kitchen stuff, (stove, fridge,) bathroom stuff, and bedroom stuff into that relatively small space.,I've measured all the furniture and the building and everything, but my problem is I want to make it cool and entertaining. I'm not neccesarily asking for decorations, just entertainment stuff I could put in it. Keep in mind, I don't have a lot of space. I was thinking maybe a hot tub or something, but it's actually not all that entertaining if ya think about it. I might like a cool theme too, like one thing I was thinking about was like making it just one giant animal cage, like have a water dish be the hot tub, or the treadmill be a hamster wheel. Come on, answerers, be creative! Just tell me some things I could put in it to have fun! Not like video games and stuff, something that involves moving that's FUN. Remember, there's not much space.
