If a boyfriend tricked you into thinking he was wearing a condom has an offence been committed?

It was in the night,lights out. He lent over and got one from the draw and made like he was putting it on, only forme to discover minutes later that he didnt.Obviously it was too late. I feel violated especially after lengthy discussions where i have told him i am not ready for more children. I feel like he is trying to trick me into pregnancy. There was one incident where my contraceptive pill 'vanished'only for me to find it while emptying the kitchen bin. The incident where he faked putting on the condom was the last straw for me, and i have left him. However i am now at risk of being pregnant from it. Besides nasty, is what he has done a crime or anything?
