Can anyone help me find Luca who lived in Monterosso, Italy in 2002?

I met a man many years ago when I was in Monterosso, Italy. He was a chef at a restaurant that was located right on the water. His name was Luca and he would have been 26-28 years old in 2002. He also lived in Boulder, Colorado for 6 months. The only other concrete thing I know about him is that he was from Sardinia, Italy. I feel like I am the lady from Letters to Juliet, looking for a guy I fell for when I was 16. He was tall, very handsome, well-built and traveled a lot.
