What pastry school do you recommend?

I personally go to the Art Institute of Philadelphia. I looked at a few schools and this fit me perfectly. It has a Baking and Pastry certificate program. I did not want to do any "extra" culinary classes that I did not need (i.e. knife skills). I also did not want to do "traditional" college classes like math and English - I just wanted to learn baking and dessert making techniques. This program fit really well for me. I think the total cost was about $17K.
