Whats the difference between these 2 GPU?

The only difference is the brand. Not "decor." AMD uses multiple vendors to sell their cards through. Sapphire, XFX, ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, etc. And each vendor uses their own logo / sticker. They're the same card underneath the stickers. That's why they're priced around the same. But XFX has a lifetime warranty on all their cards, and Sapphire's warranty is good too, as well as customer support. I would go with XFX though, for warranty reasons.
