What is the best way to mount a framed chalkboard flush to a wall?

I have a framed chalkboard I want mounted to my kitchen wall. The chalkboard arrived today with two small screws and two looped attachments (for it to presumably hang on the wall). However, I want the chalkboard to be flush, unmoving, and fully-mounted to the wall (if possible). Would love some DIY advice on the best way to achieve this. Thank you.
