Why is my skin so shiny ?

so ive had normal skin for most of my life ive had hardly any spots and my skins been really good but now im 17 my face has suddenly become so shiny its a joke. on my for head between my eyebrows also on my nose and at the sides of my nose and on my chin. i put my foundation on and i even wash my face with lots of soap to dry it out, but as soon as i get to college i am so shiny and my tzone is quite greasy its horrible. i don't know what to do? i don't even eat bad foods at all my mums a chef and she cooks me wholesome good foods. what can i do to stop it.
