D: Rave Sweet Sixteen Neon Outfit?! XD?

My boyfriend of just two months sisters sweet sixteen is comming up, I don't really know anyone else going, & I'm completley clueless on what I should wear, my normal everyday style is vintage, skinny jeans, with a Hanna Beth/Audrey Kitchen look I guess you could say? ^.^ thanks so much♥ xx
