Does anyone know the name of the residence chef for MI Gov Jennifer Granholm?

Trying to find the person I sat next to at a Kid Rock concert in Saginaw, MI last night (1/22/11). Only information I have about him is he was the Chef for Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm at the Governor's Residence in Lansing, MI. Unfortunately the person I went to the concert with pulled me away before I could get his number and I don't know how to find him. Please help!! Thank you!! :-)
