How do I find the name of the chef for the MI Governor's residence in Lansing, MI?

I'm trying to find the person I sat next to at the Kid Rock concert in Saginaw, MI last night (1/22/11). The only information I have about him is that he was the Chef for Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm at the Governor's Residence in Lansing, MI for the last 9 years. Unfortunately the person I went to the concert with pulled me away before I could get his number and I don't know how to find him. Please help!! Thank you!!
