Should i talk to my landlord?

I rent a basement in a house I pay 400 a month and I'm 18 years old I buy my own food pay for internet use as well as cable ... 450 a month in total with everything included ..... My landlord has a freezer down here she puts food in like meats and today I went to grab a bag of potatoes I grabbed and they were gone I had two bags and grabbed the one I had left... I went upstairs to the kitchen and noticed she was cooking with my other bag of potatoes ....I didn't say anything
